No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may place a new order after your return has been approved and processed.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
